The hotel lies 250 meters away from the beautiful beach of Pituaçu and 100 meters away from the ecological park as well as the lagoon of Pituaçu. This área is surrounded by the Mata Atlantica, the typical forest on the brazilian coast. It is near to the Center of the Capital Salvador and its nightlife, but at the hotel guests will have their peace and quiet and people who know appreciate that this is the only place in Salvador where they can choose to bath in the ocean or in the lagoon. We were the first hotel of Bahia which installed cable tv and also the first who used internet as a tool for the business and Sales and also provided it for our hotel guests. We are in the tourism sector for leisure, in principle the months of July, December, January and February. In the other month when the situation changes we are strong with the business tourist sector and conventions because we are situated nearby the Center of Conventions, the Exposition Park and the administrative Center of the government where the secretaries and organs of the government are situated and the Union of the mayor of Bahia. That is why we are very well with booking of guests all around the year.
